Cash or card is accepted at the ticket booth. We will also honor Groupon vouchers for the date
and time they were purchased for.

Are refunds granted?

At this time no refunds will be granted.

Do senior citizens, etc. get a discount?

At this time we offer group, senior, and military discounts. Please visit the website below for ticket availability and prices.

Will there be food and drinks for sale?

Of course, there will be a selection of food trucks to choose from.

What are the options for parking?

We encourage you to first find free street parking near the event. There are public parking lots at Snug Harbor Botanical Gardens free for visitors. There is also paid parking available at the New York Wheel Garage located at 155 Richmond Terrace, Staten Island, NY 10301.

How much is parking for the day?

All street and public parking are free of charge. Please advise, parking is based on a first come first serve basis. Parking at the New York Wheel Garage is subject to an $8 charge.

Will there be shuttle services from parking locations?

Yes, there is a free shuttle service available. The shuttle will run among St. George Ferry Station (near Exit E), New York Wheel Garage (Near Exit), and Snug Harbor Cultural Center and Botanical Garden (Entrance W).

Can I bring my pet?

At this time, only service animals are permitted.
